This position performs RN supervisor duties on 12 hour weekend shifts to ensure the delivery of professional care to the assigned resident population. This position provides 16 clinical educator hours each week to the nursing staff of the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This position supervises the clinical staff on the weekend day shifts and competencies staff members. This position requires resident care by functioning as staff RN for the SNF unit when needed.

We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.

Compensation Philosophy:

• We have 30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience. 

Compensation range:

• $58.98 - $84.09

• Full-time, benefited 

Education: 

• Current Registered Nurse License in California
• Current BLS certification
• DSD Certification or willing to acquire within six months of hire

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Possess typing skills and general computer experience.
• Possess skills in time management and organization.
• Must have great interpersonal skills.
• Possess verbal ability to understand oral and written instructions stated in medical terms and ability to communicate with and exchange information with hospital staff and patients
